thanx homie,i got it on a pheasant tailed nymph,and rest of fish on the good old hot spot!!yup the fishings been gr8 lately<we gona go through 2 duck gully on fri if u keen?

Myself and Sean hit the water yesterday. We got 10 yellows each on PTN, Hot Spot, Black flashback Nymph, Brassie and green Caddis. Awesome fun. Sean got his first barbel on calling/ dipping and I got another 2 on mad pumpkin. I landed a monster carp of 5kgs on my 4wt

Fished below Parys yesterday with Herman, Ettienne, Martin and Grant. Fishing was generally slow, except for Herman who found a pod of yellows and hammered them. I think everybody managed some fish. Personally I got a 2/3 kg barbel which had me doing fancy footwork rock hopping, seriously stubborn those fish! Flies that produced for me yesterday were Humpy's Favourites and grey caddis larvas, tied nice and slim. If I remember correctly Herman nailed his fish on a tan mayfly nymph.
