Fished on Saturday, visited about 10 FADS and ended up with three dollies

, lost three, including a slab of a fish that wrapped the rope. Also lost what looked like a very big blue marlin

on a live shad dollie bait (knife to a gunfight) and lost a sailfish

due to operator error

(it won't happen again!!) Nice day on the sea with a nice swim 30kms off Balito with the dolphins

Surprised that there were so few other boats out??

Launched today and my oldest son Wade got a 9.5 kg yft. Thanks fff for your help today really great help.

Shag the marlin was 300m from the first fad we went to, we thought it was down(found it afterwards) so did a few drifts in the area......big marlin.......... and TLD 25

Sail was in the bush on the way back on the 50m.
Ryan got three blues on Saturday off Tinley, they went all the way up too Tugela!!

I believe so, the tugela banks are lovely bits of structure!!

Did they go up in a sports fisher?

great day out pity about the marlin and sailie, windguru got it all wrong that's why I didn't launch on Saturday.
