The weather is not playing it's part, looking like a complete blow-out for the next week??.
The current has been screaming the last few days but the guys are getting the odd Dorrie around the ships.
Some one got a pair of 6kg yellowtails at the ships.
I've seen a few Whoos around.
Plenty people launching when the sea was flat, long queues waiting for the tractors.
We found some nice blue water on Saturday and nailed the Dories on about the 120m mark.
On a good note, looks like the tuna have arrived again and lots of lovely bikinis on our grass, in fact I've never seen so many.

Hi the South Coast skippers. I was offered a berth on a boat out of Shelly Beach early am tomorrow 24th , must be a big boat as there are to be 9 of us . With the wind I see at Southbroom today
, and what I can glean from the weather reports . I feel the boats wont launch
. Any comment will be appreciated as I seldom go deep sea. I realise it will be bumpy but will dose myself with Sturgeron

Took a gap this morning and managed to christen my Christmas gift to myself
. Launched at first light saw FFF collecting bait and headed straight out to Number 1. The weather wasn't great, and it looked like there was no life out there. I eventually saw a school of garfish jumping which game me some hope. I mainly pulled Halcos in different combos, but then changed to a small kona and Halco combo and in the middle of nowhere the dorry took the Halco. The rain came down and I decided to call it quits and go for breakfast.
The
was released.
