Answer from BM (I asked about 7' light medium):

This particular model does not come in a multiplier configuration. The 7' Heavy comes in a multiplier configuration with smaller eyes but the same butt length as it is designed for jigging.

How are those owners against rust? The cost of rigging with cable thimbles etc adds up, and if the hooks wont last a season due to corrosion (no matter how you wash spray etc) its annoying, not to mention the stains on the lures. Aklso if the crimp and hook eye is under shrink wrap you cant see the corrosion.
I also prefer stainless, but doing some experimental stuff at the moment. I would say these jobus last 2 seasons. They do corrode even with salt off etc, and they are by no means cheap. Far from it actually. The new jobu comes with a sacrificial anode to assist with corrosion but I am not 100% confinced as yet. But the jobus are fantastic hooks. The best hooks I have used are the hays hooks, they are pricey and a bugger to sharpen but they are super strong and do hold an edge once you get them sharp.

Owner actually sells an aluminum tape that you apply  to your  hooks to act as an anode I'm trying it on some of my GT trebles as they are dame expensive and some of them are only made once every 2 years or so I'll let you know how it goes
There is the silver Jobus with that anode already on them but I must say they do rust quite quickly as well.

I avoided the tackle shops for a while, last week I managed to fall off the wagon and bought 4x xraps, which I converted into a few yellowfin on friday.
I then feel for gumtree and am now the proud owner of an unused tld 50 2 spd and custom built purglas BG 50 for a bargain.  I am a sucker.

You know you have a tackle addiction problem when you go to to a clothing store and hesitate to pay for a tshirt on sale but would gladly spend 10x that amount on tackle in a flash

I disagree, If the lady who takes off the shirt is in fine form the tackle can wait. On the other hand tackle only demands minimal maintenance.

The copies were made by Triton. A company that seems to specialize in copying others ideas. It should be branded as a Clone lure
