Miller's point CSBC.. Yes but they were speared not caught.7/10Yeah it was that Comp , they had a spearing Side to it too . These Spearos always, have amazed me , must be one hell of a rush , to pull that trigger .
@7/10 - I have heard about the Alphard banks but don't know any facts about it. I have a general idea where it is and I know it is quite a mission to get there because of the weather etc. Would you mind telling us a bit more about the place?

If there a lot of boats there, the fish tend to sound on the shallow pinnacle then you have to go looking for the elsewhere and burn fuel!!YFT off Cape point at the 32 & 10 - plenty fish feeding on the surface of 25 - 60kg... sounds like the big shoals are here!7/10
Not in full strength yet.Saturday was OK, quite a few smaller fish on top, yesterday was a bit bleak. Ones and twos only. There is so much bait out there at the moment - fish are stuffed. Smaller class have arrived.We picked up some longies, blues, mako and plenty fresh hake.Seems like better fish on the inside, outside was a bit greenish.
