Im looking at sunday, getting my wisdom teeth taken out tomorrow,so hoping i wont be too bad cause i really need to fish!!!

Fishing the Umkomaas interclub this weekend, looking forward to it. The forecast has been a bit up and down so hoping we get 2 days on the water. Will keep you posted....

I got sweet EFF all this weekend...

Drifted and trolled for tuna but nada... not even a pull.

HD got some fish, which im sure he will post about later!

It was a hard weekend all round. We fished the Umkomaas Interclub and also had a tough time on Aliwal. We got some livebait, pulled lures, drifted and tried every trick in the book. Managed 2 YFT on Saturday between 11-13kg and got 3 more on Sunday which was enough to get us 2nd Place overall from a field of 11 boats. One of the boats had a great weekend with a team from Gonubie Ski Boat Club they got a sailie on a halco, a wahoo and a bunch of tuna. That got them 1st place, well done to them!

Was a great day out yesterday. Got a couple of bottom fish with the boys. Was great so see them bringing up the fish in 50 meters. The highlight was my youngest Troy (8)years old get his first YFT of 13.5 kgs. It gave him gears. He refused to hand over the rod enev when he said he is flat
In the end he bought it in will post pics they on my phone. Big up to Greg F who was a great teacher and help on the boat yesterday.
Really happy to see the kids getting great fish.

No way is that fish bigger than 13.4kgs LOL
