If they fishing today it must be ugly out there with the predicted wind. I reckon they will hold that lead.

Strong NE taking a toll on the Moz team... only managed one kingfish and fell to 4th today. Tomorrow same weather is predicted. Their main spots are mainly up north so I suppose things are going to be tough this year...

Blow out today. The NE kept pumping strong. Swinging to S-SE tomorrow, which is D-day. Hopefully the fishing will improve.

5th leg of Clube Maritimo took place today
14 boats entered the comp
flat seas..nearly no wind except for 1h where the north decided to blow..so definetely a relaxed ride...
...and speaking of which..nearly all the fleet at a nice ride cause there was very little fishing from what I've heard
I will came back tomorrow with final results..but nearly everyone blanked
I started the day with some promising excitement..
departure was at 6:15 and by 7:15 I have started pulling the lines in
while I was putting my 5th line I had my first strike..and while looking at that rod and still thinking what might have been..a sailie erupted and start battling and deciding which lure to strike..and there we go..another strike..but after taking a few meters of line decided to spit the lure
that's it..all the emotion for the day..
10h throlling..92nm..180lt of petrol..that was my day

tried some halfbeak..all variety of lures..and even some live bait..yeh..a very small bonito was caught in the eyes (probably while enquiring my lures)..no strike..nada..just saw that the lure was smokin more the usual..and swimming very strangely..so decided to check

cheeta and dafy caught a sailie..but as mentioned don't know the rest of the fleet results

spearos also went out and I saw their results..massive wahoo was caught

now it's the comp interruption..final legs will take place in oct, nov and dec
