Hi Guys, Do any of you know where it is possible to pump prawns (Cracker Shrimp) at Vidal ?Is it Permitted ??? I know we not allowed worm, but Vidal being a protected area ?
Homes, you would need an estuary to find Crackers... ain't no estuary in Vidal. Closest is St Lucia or Mapelane - and there you're not allowed to. Ghost crabs ... are another story all together!
lots of kingies around the back, live bait, sea lice for the stumpies, mission small chokka baits for the bream, speargun for the rubberlips
Yup Tony, I jut thought there was an estuary nearby Hmmmmm< maybe an afternoon trip to St Lucia is in order !So Guys, what bait you taking ???

Do any of you know where it is possible to pump prawns (Cracker Shrimp) at Vidal ?Homie , the only thing i hope is pumping is a NE before we arrive there so that it can clear up the bay and bring on the fish... !!!
hOMIE - take some camo worm - lots of sea trout in Vidal!
If you want the Blackfin the best bait would be a shad(dead or alive) but preferably alive!
