The excellent holiday weather are still here , a wonderfull morning out .
But I am afraid the good weather is only
Good for , ummmm looking at the females on the beach, there's a bit of elf just after sunset , I assume they would be feeding at sunrise too but keep in mind fishing for hem from the harbour at sunrise you will have lots of boat traffic .

Water in the bay cold and clear , don't know what's happening agulhas side .

Offshore I don't know what happened yesterday , about 10 to 15 binnekommers are here but I did not see the offload .

I am of to die plaat , recce mission.

What is the water like at the moment ,here the south Easter had start to blown again and we are getting nice color in the water.
Looking for chokka where can I get

Permit sorted 5 km east . Was down Friday morning . Saw some good places to fish , tricky driving with no tracks ...

I have some good Chokka ,fresh . Pricey .
Next week seems we must make a mission down there to fish .

Wind is pumping in Bettys now for 4 days and windguru says for the rest of this week, looks the same for Struis as well.
Hope we will get some proper fish.

Myself and betty01 wetted some lines last weekend . Despite large shoals of extremely weary mullet . We did not manage to net some . We poer poered with good tjokka . Is condisions which seemed perfect , but a screaming rip was the issue .
I we did manage a couple
Of rats and mice . With this spotty being the largest of the day Plc 163 cm
Tackle / Tor 20 , .40 mm Tline ,.60 m leader.
4/0 Kendal/ skelm /2 gama got him .
Rod / old loomis .
Gave a good tussel. Once you turn its head and the currert does he rest .
It did have a massive wound under his chin. Looks like the skin are rotting away.
