Wow Kent, you were very blessed to be able to see such an abundance of sea life.
Yes Kent is blessed to be in a beautiful part of the country , BUT if he was sitting in front of the TV or in a mall he would have seen nothing , You gotta be out there at daybreak .
Thanks for sharing, such a special morning... It's amazing how much you can see when you are on your own. I fish a lot on my own and I too, was lucky enough to see otters (my first time ever in the wild) a year or so ago. At the time, I realised that had I been fishing with friends or my kids, we probably would not have seen them (specially with my eldest daughter, who talks incessantly :D... but I love her to bits). I have also snuck up on many a croc, buck, some incredible bird life... I enjoy fishing with mates, but I also enjoy my own company quite a bit too.

Very slippery line, test your knots well..sufix high abrasion better IMO.
If I can recall it casts very well but of average strength and low knot strength..It didn't stand up to my fishing but casted well. I am sure spinning for a cobbie it's just fine..just give a few extra loops on your knots and test them well..If I can recall knots with doubled up DID NOT work with it, they slipped through everytime when tested, never had a line that slippery.
