GTs feed on the drop-off 25 meter and you got to box them hard or they take you in to the sticks once you have him is deeper water 100m his ass is grass The drop off is 25 to 100m

Greg at the moment there is 2 boats that charters to the banks the one I have been on ST LASURUS 38 feet G Cat wit 2x 225 fore stroke Yamaha’s +_ 10 tons and 1200 l fuel on-board handled the trip with ease but it is to far for a ski boat from Pemba to the banks maybe 100km + and if the weather turns bad on you I definitely don’t want to be on my ski boat !!!

Obragado Johann!!!!

Trip was awesome! Up there in "Best of life mode"!!!!

Spoke to Nico earlier - not sure if anyone on UA is keen.... but JSA is hosting 2 x back-to-backs in April, and another 2 in October to SLB. Jigging/Popping exclusively. She does 10 runs a year, and 4 are booked with us, so for the "believers" time is important..... opps to do this trip are running out quickly.

Take it, or ignore it?

Over the next few days - I will add the ocasional pic that Johann hasn't posted. Lots to analyse! Over 400 quality images to go through.

Full trip report with the PRIME pics will be in Rock, Surf & Deep - 2 Part Editorial for December 2010 and January 2011.

Cheers RB

RB and LINDA please can you post the lowdown on this offering. Dates costs etc. pleeeaassseee. I'm sure some of the usual suspects are dying to book.

Ok... Now I'M TAKING OFFENSE!!!! :hyst: :hyst: :hyst:

Mozambican waters are ALMOST pollution free (a part from the beer cans!)!!!!! No radioative stuff here (unless someone dumped some nuclear waste and this is causing these mutations on the GTs!!!)))

On a serious note.... Congrats Guys! Great seas, great fish, great pics!

PS: I see your cred is going down by the minute, Linda... :hnthnt:   oops... so will mine just for mentioning it  :hyst: :hyst:

My credit is also going down everyday, it seems someone is being really childish.

Lets not worry about credits. It's just a noddy badge. Look at Johan and the teams achievement.....they got the credit they deserved 70+....what more can one ask for. I think he is resting the arms a bit as I do not see him typing..... :hehe: :hehe:

That Black GT is something else, never seen one before, awesome catches
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles
