Well it looks like sunday is another go, and launching at 5am with a group driving down from Mossel Bay for the day...

on an amazing day fishing on Tuesday... That was a dream fish that you got mate...

I was lucky enough to catch 3 bigeye tuna (46,49,59kg) and 1 yellowfin (65,5kg) all in one afternoon with 4 consecutive drops on round back spinner back in 1993... Those are the days that dreams are made of...

Looking forward to seeing you better your fish... Keep up the good work mate

Another fun day on the water yesterday for our guests, Hendrik, Lilanie and Tommy from Mosselbaai... Tommy drove down for just a day to catch his dream tuna, which he did like a pro, landing a 65kg Yellowfin, and between the group the managed to land 12 longfin, between 6-11kg...

I have still got a few places open for Dec/ Jan, if anyone is keen

Any chance of a breakdown of your season best months etc. I'm not in the country often but I'd be keen to spend a few days chasing tuna if the timings right.

Hi Cam,

Normally the season starts in October, November and December is the big monsters... Then it really hots up again March, April and may with major quantities and also a good few of the very big fish...

This season, the season started very late but hopefully will go straight through to June... Earlier this year I was catching good fish until the end of July...

also... In the last 2 days we have had boats release a stripey, a small black and a spearfish off Hout Bay, with some

also around...

Further South has been a very busy December and Jan for the Tuna boys... On sunday 2 ski boats returned with 16 and 21 respectively, between 40-70kg class fish... Some of the deck boats had up to 65 on sunday and up to 70 YFT on a boat yesterday

Now is the time to book and come down and join us for a trip

... She is the twin to Outrageous, and will be named "Depth Charge" after the legendary family Yeld cat...

We will be offering corporate and group bookings for up to 8 guests(4 per boat), and special rates if both boats are booked for 2 days or more for group bookings...
