Great thread Tony. I also love the top water stuff.  :ayb   I have one Aubrey Da Gama chisel nose plug that out fish all the others every time. It is a standard 1.5oz but somehow it just swims differently than the rest. This will be it's 5th summer and I am sure it collected more "frequent flyer miles" than Thabo Mbeki.  (hit)

yUP as far as plugs go... my favourite by far are the Aubrey da Gama's... The GT Ice creams and the newer Needle nose plugs from Basil Manning are a close second...

Diverting a bit from the top water stuff, there 4 lures I never leave dock without:
 
Illander sea star (black/purple)
Rapala x-rap magnum (silver)
Manns stretcher 25+ (red head)
Halco sorcerer 150 crazy deep (chrome pink)

A selection of estuary lures, from left to right:  5 inch plastics, alcocks slim spoon, storm stick, Mirrolure, Sea Gurgler, Strike pro, Predator, Skitter Walk...

Surf spinning lures from left to right:  5 inch plastics, 7 inch plastics, Predator spoon, Clone stick bait, Predator Plug, Skitter Walk and Roosta.  Only thing missing is 1.5 - 2 ounce bucktails!

Tony, I haven't made for some time as my lure box is still stocked and work has been nuts but still got the moulds, hooks etc!
