Down at the coast for the weekend, made a late launch at DBSC and managed 2 dorries.
Lekker to be out on the water again. Water was beautiful even shallow at umdloti was a beautiful blue.

CLS had beached by the time I launched they also got a few

Got one on the "floating reef"

and one lost on the 60m off no1 and both had no friends with them

Think the guys that got out early got theirs off the ships, always a race in the morning

We launched on Saturday in the hunt of dorado and tuna. We need to break the bad luck streak we have been having and open our summer season!
We did just that with 2 dorado and 2 tuna.
We were fishing live bait and drifting as opposed to working the ships.

@ dorado around the 6-7Kg mark and 2 tuna between 9-12Kg's..
We released the bigger of the 2 tuna and kept 3 fish for the pot!

A great day out on the ocean!!!

Proper fishing that George and we'll done on breaking a bad streak Scott.

The youngsters convinced to twist my rubber arm and I stayed on a extra day.Got some bait (not enough)

and headed to the ships and the kids had some good sports landing 2 dorries a big bonnie and dropped another 4 fish on the bait. The youngsters a little over eager on pushing up the drag.

Back to the grind stone till we back chasing the dorries in 20 days or so

Anyone know what happened to Terrence Tubb, I got a mail saying that he is banned from the club/SADSAA and has had all his SAMSA credentials revoked
