 :dunno: Beachfront property in Mozambique
I would just like to share some info. The direct coastline of the country is a tourism zone. Therefore it is not allowed to have private property in this area. You may buy from a developer inside a development, but your house will fall under the tourism regulations. Therefore you cannot rent it out to South Africans, for example, receive the money in SA and not pay taxes on it.  Many guys get away with it, but it is illegal. If you do buy from a developer, make sure that his land rights("Duat") are intact and that he has his tourism license. If you need more info please ask.
