What blank to buy

I am looking at making up a spinning rod to use with a Diawa SL 20. Preferably 2 or 3 piece about 13 foot and throwing a spoon or plug of 2 to 2,5 ounces. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Buy yourself a good 13' carp rod, re-do the guide layout with about 10-11 guides + a tip top and you will have a winner. Promise.
I'd suggest leaving the reel seat in the high postion as it more comfortable working lures in that you can tuck the rod under your arm. You can always change this later
Good options from Sensation:
1. DC Superlight.
2. Rocket Next Generation (it will say Limited Edition on the rod)
Call me if you want to chat zero 8 3 two three 0 1 44 zero.

Thanks for the advice Brandon. I am going away until the New Year and will then give you a call when I get back. Really appreciate your help. Best wishes for the Festive Season. Roy

Sorry to hijack, @Brandon what would you suggest to pair a Diawa GW40, looking for something for edibles, throw baits plus sliding, something in the 5-7oz 14ft or 15ft range?
What would a custom cost?
