Do we need waders or will the water be warm enough Herman ?

Herman Jooste · « **Reply #841 on:** September 11, 2013, 12:42:05 PM »

Homie, I wet waded last Sunday ( water was 14 deg ). With the weather looking great for the rest of the week, I reckon that the water temp should be around 16 deg. Perfect for both fishing and wet wading.

Sunday's air temps are forcast at 33 deg max. Summer is here

Nah I'm quite keen actually. You see I ordered an consignment of British ales and bitters, which I have to collect Sunday morning. This goes without saying I'll be partaking of said beverages with unbridled gusto

hence my unavailability.

Aahh, I knew there had to be a liquified reason.

Enjoy.

Warning Homes might have

, sure you want him to wear your Waders ?

icstuff · « **Reply #850 on:** September 11, 2013, 02:41:08 PM »

It is old and slightly leaky - It might even kill the critters.

Afterthought - He can even take them home if he wants

Now on a serious note, Mr Homie do you want it? It will keep warmer than not using it and it has a pouch that can hold some beer.

Sure Pieter !
Thanks ! Beers on me !!!!

What do i need to do to make it workable ?

icstuff · « **Reply #854 on:** September 13, 2013, 12:23:44 PM »

Just to undo the

patch job I did and patch it again.
The water is not that cold anymore - and although it leaks it will keep you warm.

Hey Homes, does this mean that you will be joining us on Sunday ?

Looking forward to this one. The predicted temp for Sunday is 34 deg. Wet wading probably a must at thos air temps.

icstuff · « **Reply #856 on:** September 13, 2013, 12:34:56 PM »

Water temp this morning was 15.1 so it wont be needed.
But then again Herman he is as thin and slender as me, might just need it!

Herman Jooste · « **Reply #857 on:** September 13, 2013, 08:55:10 PM »

So who else is fishing on Sunday ?

Homie · « **Reply #858 on:** September 13, 2013, 09:30:01 PM »

Monster · « **Reply #859 on:** September 14, 2013, 03:13:23 PM »

Hi Herman guilty as charged on the phone. I had a crap week and was sleeping. I picked up a colon infection on Wednesday and someone stole my computer out of my car yesterday. So I wish I could make it but my car is out of service till Monday, when the window can be replaced.
Please do a report I need to go fish. The yellow boiling n my blood.
