RE Lost and found

A bra phoned me histerically , lost his whole set of keys , cabby , safe keys ect ect , so heads up if anyone pics up a large bunch of keys down that side , give me a shout , I have the ohs number . I offered to go look for it , but have not gotten a reply on my SMS to him , as to what area they were out at ? What baffles me is there was no bakkies overnight in that parking lot , so how did this guy get home? And if he was not driving his own cabby , whY would you have your whole set of keys with you , if you don't need it , and your are on a beach , anyhow .

IF ANYONE PICS UP KEYS !

I told him over the phone , and mark ( sparky ) that with the super moon the water came straight over the low dunes , and formed a lagoon , so Basicly the whole beach from the parking lot was a lagoon . Obviously the wind not only changed direction , but got real strong too .

Dish kegan and his boet did very well . Some rags , and some very good kob . .

This topple schooled myself and turns.
Landed two sizes in his first two casts , he buggered in between myself and turns rods .

The big fish , Turns123 cuz landed and released 34 kg . Well done

I will let turns go into details. One thing is for sure that spot is working well.

With a bit of advice , I let Kegan and his boet loose , handed them my net and live well . And with some effort got rewarded , and lost a couple on this session .

Thanks for the updates, Lenny. I have heard that there were some good Tuna on the 12 mile as well. Apparently fish up to 30kg.

Ja those 30 kg fish far and few , but there a acouple arund , good size for this area .

Water temp are also up , to 22 degrees , so the billfish should show their bills soon .

Good festive season in struis no doubt! first time in a long time big fish were around in abundance with a bit of effort.

On my cousin's fish. fish of a lifetime...fishing for elf and right spot, right time. Caught on the push at night so managed to land it on relatively light tackle. speedmaster, 350/2 and 0.45mm mainline, no leader. Tail half of a pilchard to seal the deal.

Took use 45 mins to revive the fish, but I am happy to say that while it looked dodgy for a while the beaut swam away confidently into deeper calm water.

Measured 1.5m...

One incredible night!

Well done to the other gents with good catches - after this one we took the foot of the pedal and hit the harbour with the little guy :)
