Guys i need some advice please i have a standard 400/7 graphite blue marlin rod one piece rod that i like to use with my ultegra 14000 sould i get it converted for a grinder setup or must i look for another rod remember transporting and storing a one piece isnt an issue.did use the rod during the week with a 6 once and smallish bait was comfitable with it .please guys give me your take on this.

howzit noel
i am currently using a 400/6 rod which i coverted into a grinder rod it is a one piece . i changed the eyes, the reel seat and butt and i fitted a bionic finger on the rod . this rod with a 14000 ultegra goes great . this just my advie
