By setup - I assume you mena the ice and its base....then yes Bought as a whole. Replaced my previous vice (Stonfo) which I did not really need to, I just "needed" a J-Vice http://www.jvice.com/

I have not bought any tackle for more than a year but I could not help myself today. I wanted to by a Sensation casting finger/glove but they were out of stock. Instead I got myself and my son each an orange plug to hunt Leeries.. Oh well, I will just have to go back next week again to get the glove.  :hnthnt: :hehe:

If Santa didn't get round to your houses, don't blame me, I bought my own pressies and took them home in my own car, so he's lying if he says he had to deliver 2 x left handed Abu baitcaster reels, a Quantum KVD 7"4 spinning and a KVD 7"11 crank rod, several new X-raps, some Sebille Flat Shads, Fat Shads and Strike King XD's and the other three 6"10 baitcaster rods and a Quantum Speed Freak and very solid little Okuma (was told these are not like those PnP specials one buys at the coast for some unplanned fishing excursion) spinning reel, oh and several spools of fluoro.

Have had a subtle but substantial TA crisis recently... a new Tiagra 80WA with dacron and topshot,  2×500 m of 80lb dacron for my Okuma Makairas 50w II and a new Mitone Mitsc10 full HD action camera (GoPro knock-off) for the boat... eish feels like xmas. Actually these are my "from me to me" xmas presies.

I honestly went int Solly's in Booysens to get some leader line 200#, came out with the line, a Penn Squall 50, shimano standup TLD10 and 1200 m of Berkley 30# :blush:


So rigged the squall and my old Diawa 50 SL lever drag,  I had the Daiwa overhauled with a new handle etc, so loaded that as well, luckily I have a rod for that :hnthnt: .


So TLD10 with the squall. an Elbe ski rod with the Daiwa, a Poseiden jigging stick with a BG30 and a Shimano Trevela with Spinfocus 4500 (thanks Willie), I know it doesn't have bearings on the shaft but it's never been used so it should do a couple of trips


Off to Winkelspruit in a couple of weeks so hopefully depending on the weather will get a day maybe 2 out with Richard
