This last month internet purchases (all fishing related), Camera (se previous post) new fly rod and line, flats wading boots, river wading boots, waders, flytying materials - all related to last months internet purchases of flights to Patagonia and Venezuela, accommodation, guide services, boat hire, salt water wading pants and shirts, flytying materials........and I am sure more to come before I am properly organised to fish for Argentinian trout and Venezuelan bonefish in December

yes, very excited by the awesomeness of it all.....and VERY BIG especailly since after Venezuela we come back via the USA visiting family. Air tickets these days are not something to joke about - especially internal argentine and South American flights

Got hit by an urge yesterday.  Went with a buddy to BMto help him select a lure or two.  I left with a packet of lures, a class 7.5ft rod, a TV symetre 3000 reel and braid.  I have one already but felt that my boat needed a matching o one. That is besides a range of other rods.  I ad met I am sick.  Especially after the wife found the tull slip

My 2 10LDs came from Big Catch in CT... Ordered online and had terrific service from them. Granted, it was just before the Rand went into free fall. They were listed slightly cheaper at Gani's as well but at the time they were out of stock and I wasn't sure what price the new stock would come in at.
