I'm doff- I need to PM Reefman but don't know how - I need help locating a part on my handle spindle - RD 10683 - it's a 10 bucks washer but Rapala in joburg "only imports whole handle at 900 bucks" - my reel has very low hours and the washer should not of failed anyway....

Can't help you if Rapala don't supply it.
Maybe try find a replacement in your hardware...

Shot - I am about to order stainless sealed ceramic bearings from a company in USA - which in your opinion are the critical bearings to replace in the sustain 5000?

All except Pawl bushing and the handle bearings. And you don't really need Ceramic bearings in a fixed spool reel, there are no high speed bearings necessary like in a multiplier casting reel.
