Lures used in Mauritius
« on: September 14, 2011, 01:24:51 PM »
Hey guys, last week my brother in law informed us that they will be geting married in Mauritius end of October as its a cheaper option that getting hitched in SA, all very well and good but now its costing me more  swr <: .

At least one good thing comes from it, I can spend wetting a line to pass time. I am not really keen on going on a charter as I feel it could be a total waste so I am just really interested in throwing from the side or wading over to some banks or reefs.

For those of you that have been there what worked for you, any specific lures, drop shot & spoons ?

One other thing, does one need to buy a licence or get permission to fish?

 :tkx:

Oh and I recon you cant go wrong with those Halco lures...

Also the big Strike Pro poppers should produce a lot of action and maybe get a couple of chase spoons...

Better than chase spoons would be some HMS spoons right here from Fritz
