Okay guys. Modified the Bombzooka. Added reservoir space and enlarged the ball valve to 1''. 2bar puts a bomb out 160m! What a surprise I got!  3bar spits out the bomb in a million pieces. Will test tomorrow with some cake flour added to the feed.

Approx a year and a half ago I loaded this idea on another forum and was laughed at , goes to show if someone has a bit of insite it can be done nice one Naruto

Nee wat ,ek het baie van my aas  gewere gebou ,die mieliebom in stukke geskiet,toe bou ek my eie aas geweer vir die see ,ek het my eie aasgeweer vir die see gebou e het my tjokka aas tot 300m ver ingeskiet het gewerk op n haelgeweer dop sonder die bokhael .gebruik die prinsiep van n potato gun ,baie kleiner  en meer prakties

AH! Finally found the perfect amo for the Bombzooka! Plasticland in Woodmead and Pretoria sell these(transparent) for R2 each. Fit nicely in the barrel. Just a few holes on top. Incorporate into trace, fill with dry feed and shoot! Now I really have to go test it with a rod attached. I am sure it will reach past 200m.

BTW: I modified the Bombzooka again. Will post pics and baybe a video as soon as I get a chance.

You still need to figure out how to shoot the 10oz  :hehe:
I'm actualy glad that didn't work, those poor cows...
 
Please keep us updated, I would love to see what happens when attached to a rod and line.

40mm endcap fits the barrel very smoothly and is strong enough to launch a 10oz... Maybe next social?  :hnthnt:

Just make sure there is no one on the other side of the dam. You might stay at LK longer than expected...

Use n night hawk ,Put elastic band on the rod and  make a small loop,with this way your line will stay on the reel till blast off :corrct:

Latest version on the right. Removed the one side of the chamber and extended the remaining chamber by about 20cm. The barrel is also 10cm shorter after some failed attempts to fix a rope at the the bottom of the barrel connected to an end-cap to shoot smaller ammo. The end-cap recocheted back and chipped the tip of the barrel. Haven't tested it yet properly, but the trials we did in the garage last night suggested it is still as potent as ever.

On the left is one I quickly put together this afternoon from parts I had left over. The barrel is 40mm pvc.
