A pic of a Snubnose pompano also caught there. Also known as a longfin pompano or IndoPacific Permit. There was a large shoal of these swimming around, but were very shy to feed. I had to stalk and cast for quite a while before this one finally gobbled up a Gulp 3" sandworm in the new penny colour.

It was caught in an estuary in Mozambique, just in front of Inyathi in the San Sebastian area.
