Hi Guys,These anglers are mates of mine. Bait was a whole bonnie dropped miles out with a dingle. Strange thing, these guys put out a shad on a couta trace with a float and that wasn't touched. The couta picked up the bonnie on the ground.
WOW! What a fish! Neil - what on earth is a dingle?
Probably because Couta feed in the bottom 3rd of the water column!
Hi Benni,Suspended in the water column I can understand but with a conventional fixed shark trace with a very short sinker snoot, this bait must have been on the ground.
I was fasinated with Neil's use of this dingle hopper.. (Aquacat Dinglehopper. A R/c bait boat firsly and only made in south Africa) so I did some research for the ones who haven't seen how it work's just like myself.. because this is one thing I will def get to target shark's from the beach. Please have a look at the 6 minute video.. fasinating!! (Thank you Neil)
That's bloody awesome! Thanks Glenn!I can only imagine what this little bugger costs. The fresh water bait boats are already damn expensive so this one is probably twice the price.Would love to find out though as I am tired of all the kraaineste.
