Gulp stays the best for me
« on: July 05, 2010, 07:11:21 AM »
Had a quick session in the Mtunzini lake the other day.

Everything was very slow until I went back to the boat to get my gulp.
Instant ON.

The only thing I don not like is that I go through my gulp at a rate of note.

Jees I mean you either get a fish or you lose a gulp, cause by the time you get it back to you on the retrieve it's been chomped of right up to the hooks.

Expensive fishing......

PS: I tried putting some cheaper plastic in the gulp juice...they all basically desolved in 3 months time..weird

The Gulp products are definitely some of the best on the market in my opinion and the gulp products are the only plastics I have ever caught on regularly!

I never use Berkley or Gulp anymore.

I like Strike King and Z-Man plastics

I've been to Mtunzini on a number of occasions and have yet to catch a fish on dropshot.  Doesnt matter what i tried whether it was Gulp or Mcarthy or what.  Nada. Different retrieves the works.  Finally came to the conclusion that there's no fish in Mtunzini lagoon.   :dunno:  :hehe:
