Morning all- was down on the coast from the 24th till the 2nd ...
well got a few days fishing done- in that time. I made contact with Fritz and what a gentleman-
he is very knowledgeable - and does some very nice baits.
he also made sure the area we fished in was spotless - even though it wasnt his mess.
I am very happy to see this sort of caliber of fisherman from UA.
he handles all his fish he catches with great care - there was a lad that caught a grey shark and had swolled his trace/hook, this lad didnt want to cut his hook off- and was fighting with the shark to get his hook back. Fritz gives him a brand new slide trace - and cuts trace and returns shark safely into water.
Thanks to Fritz - for calling the move -as i was going to head north - but he said we should fish South - toti .
what a good call - Fritz put a posion kara bait for me- that landed me this beaut of a shad ...
Fritz managed a few greys - but boy was Fritz throwing deep for them.
My festive season only ended with that decent shad- and few other small blacktails etc.
Fritz thanks again- will definetaly call you when i am down again- i still have alot to learn from you
