Vidal map

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the Vidal campsite layout as the KZNWildlife one seems for some reason to be unavailable. I'm found everything from Anna's B&B to Hole in the wall but no Vidal.

Thanks Reefs, I'm looking for sites 38,39 which I think are just off the map to the top right.

No Reef's map is the complete map. Sites 38 and 39 are opposite the ablution block on the island.
As you come through the gate you turn right and go down that road which splits around that island...the 1st site ( where the road splits is nr 37). if you keep left on that road you will find 38 on your right hand side and then 39 on the far end of the island.

If you zoom in you will find them...the site marked 37 on Reef's map isn't actually a stand anymore. Parksboard installed outside showers there for the people coming back from the beach over the dune

Thanks Werries, 38 is where we stayed on the last trip. The outdoor shower (37) is where I stood on bees. Not such fun between your toes.

Just phoned Vidal only to be told "you can no longer reserve a campsite its first come first served" . Sound like a receipe for disaster to me.Id like to know how they can tell when the site is full as people stay for different lengths of time ? Forward into the darkness.

I've booked for August long weekend which I presume is in season at R190 PPPN with a minimum of 4 people. That's for campsites with plug points. Tried to find the rates but it seems that their server is on the blink.
