SARDINE RUN 2017
« on: June 06, 2017, 04:35:18 PM »
Well the Yellow Bill Kites and Swallows are long gone, the Aloes are flowering, all the signs are there but where are the Sards ? Seems like this fantastic event may be a non event again.

Mate of mine at Port Alfred says he's seen quite a bit of bird activity about 5-600 metres out. Need some cold water to come in.?

Plenty action at Addington this morning but they were chasing ghost mackerel or something.  False alarm, none netted

No sards,  razors came long after I left.  Plenty action and not much result. Couple baskets. Waste of time really
