Fish ID
« on: January 15, 2017, 08:26:06 AM »
While fishing in Durban harbour yesterday, I got a bit bored and tied my camera to my line and sent  it down until it hit the bottom - about 4m. I extracted this image. Anyone have an idea what fish it is?

Colin, definitely Puffers that chow your line in Kosi, if left long enough. They've become a pest along our entire coastline. In Kosi lakes and estuary, there are millions of them. Aggressive little swines!

Yep , they are a pest , always chewing thru the line , luckily they didnt chew thru your line and leave your camera lying at the bottom of the harbour , and they very subtle , chew thru your line and you wont even know ..
