It is a Rocksucker family Clingfish Gobiesocidae.Quite a large different species worldwide ( 150) only 9 in our area . This is a big one as their size is 3 to 30 cm. they sometimes act as cleaner fish on bigger species. They eat surprisingly large limpets ,shell and all that they lever off rocks using their upper teeth and then pivoting the body 180 degrees. Rarely found deeper than 10m . Colour mimics surroundings. Can live for hours out of water if kept moist . No I'm not a fundi but extracted from Coastal fishes of SA by Phil and Elaine Heemstra .
