We are anchored at Baixo Sao Miguel between Ndjovo and Puga-Puga islands. NE blowing really hard (25 kts)!
In the last couple of dives at Caldeira and Ndjovo islands the water temp was 22 degrees and the vis about 4 m. The region has an upwelling that brings this cold water and nutrients! :ave had the rods in the water for the last 2 days and not a single bite. We have been in very shallow waters (15-20 m) which probably explains this.
Tonight's meal will be snoek fillets on the braai with potatoes, salad and of course... ice cold 2M!!!!
Wind must stop so we can finish the work (been doing only 1 early dive a day) and hopefully get some more fish!

Here are a few belated pics of this trip...
Not much fish I know, but a few scenic pics won't do no harm will it? The brassy trevally was safely released but we kept the snoek and the couta...

On our way back to the Segundas we faced some rough seas...
... bumped into a heavy sands trans shipment operation...
and went diving at Baixo Santo Antonio, on a flat sea!
