Never smoked or drank, straight edge gym rat was my lifestyle.

That was then..



Will never smoke but have come to realize life is way too short not to enjoy. Now we braai at least twice a week at my place, Darts night on Wednesdays is an event. HELL THAT'S TONIGHT !!

Smoke free for almost 3 yrs now. Used to do 40/day
Used to enjoy 3-4 beers per day. Now it's more like 3-4 per month. Don't know why.

I stopped smoking almost 6 years ago and I did it cold turkey and I smoked between 90 and 120 Camel Filters a day (5 cartons a week). I so very happy that I don't smoke :rck"

Guilty - but getting better. Zero dop for last 3 months - goal is December where perhaps I'll let the hair down a bit again. Cigs next on hitlist, without option of letting hair down. Cabbage also finished. Was wondering if the guy who only smokes after sex buys cartons or if he buys 10's?

I never drink or smoke before 06h00 in the morning......I started smoking again after 5 years, bad mistake. Sometimes I drink a couple of beers a week and sometimes I'm clean for a month or two. Love my Captains, Irish whiskey, gin in the summer and brandy when it's offered.

No smoking. Occasionally a glass of light wine with dinner. Don't like the taste of beer, but will also do the occasional beer shandy

Quit smoking now must be about 3 or more years... was also doing about 40 a day.
still feel like one now and then, especially when im fishing

So far so good, picked up a few pounds.  As for the drink, stil klap it stukkend from time to time, in particular after the bokke japan match.....

a glass of red wine with dinner - very occasional margarita, Jack Daniels or ouzo as a tipple. Never more than 2 drinks ever. No beer

however - smoking is my big problem and cant seem to kick the habit
