We always complain about the service we get in our country. Had a problem with a assasin rod, took it to BM they send it to Ifish and two days later received a email to tell me they are replacing the item.
Thank you Alistair from BM and Jonathan from Ifish.
This is the reason that I buy reputable products from reputable shops. (clap) [size=78%] [/size]
