Great pics Marthin !!
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles

saw this one spot of nice colour water... Gotaway had caught 2 undersize steenies and we were all going for them.  Put on some chokka and pilchard belly, cast in the middle of the spot and Edward came and sat on my lap... wasn't 20 seconds later, bump, rod down.... FISH ON!!!... while loomis was running towards me, just as he came past his rod, WHAP there goes his rod as well!!.... Think eds is my lucky charm!!!  He was up the morning in a flash, "we going FISHING!!".  He ran the 300m stretch we were all fishing at least 10 times during the morning.  He slept from 12:30 until 4, and i had to wake him up then to have a bath as we were going to my aunt's 50th... He was out again by 20:30!!!

He is just a little upset that he didnt catch one, "the fish were too clever daddy, but this one wasn't so clever hey??"

But the kobbie tasted mighty fine last night!!! One of the best fishing days of my life.... and i suspect his as well!!

Marthin, it was awesome having Edward there with us on SAT.  Congrats on your fine catch.

Food for thought:  he has not been with us on previous outings and we have blanked.  Sat he comes along and BOOOM! just about everyone there was VAS.  I think we need to speak to your MRS and get him fishing with us on a more regular basis.

Awesome!  :sml:  There is nothing better than time fishing with your kid.  My son is 4 and started fishing with me in April this year and is hooked.  He gets his OWN rod and reel soon and will be outfishing me soon I am sure.
