Neat... nice work bud.
Forgive me Father for I have spinned... It's been three weeks since my last cob session.

Been busy in the last few days with installing a new pump for luna tubes, small fixes due to the new motors, etc...

Got the boat inspected today so almost ready!

For me it's a case of "what haven't I done to my boat in the last few weeks?"... Trailer bearings, lights, shallow drive for the motors, accessory power socket, signage, spit n polish... still got some rod holders to do and a few etceteras before being able to head off into the wild blue yonder  :fshn:

I've been wanting to get decent gunnel rod holders and get rid of the crap ones that came with the boat(should have had them fitted when the boat was being built).
I had to cover the existing holes so I had some some 1.5mm  stainless plates lazer cut and electro polished.

Just an update on the gunnel rodholders, its a very different position to pull lures from(obviously ) When pulling small konas, you can position them closer to the boat but still with the correct line angle to swim correctly(anyone who's seen a saily sniffing the motors will know what I mean :hnthnt:), the same for deep diving lures that you want to run close.
They give you more options when trolling but also vital for drifting live baits and for fishing for tigers at Jozini.

I fitted another tackle draw set. I hate having tackle boxes on the deck.

Good one bud. I agree, boxes and stuff on the deck is just an accident waiting to happen. My crew are used to me yelling to keep the deck clear, it is a constant barrage.
