Has Anyone Been To Leboya Bay At The Vaal?

Guys was thinking of going there in the next few weeks because its close and theres nice ablution facilities for the ladies. Anyone been there at all, any info?

hi, yes ive been there a few times, lovely place to chill out, neat and clean.
trampolines and jungle gym for the kids.
plenty 500g grass carps to keep the kids busy as well.
launch is very shallow.

Sounds like a lekker Family venue . Where on the Vaal is Leboya bay ?

Kallie its right at the top of the vaal about 50 minutes from Edenvale, need to find somewhere to fish, Inloop has closed down permanently.

Unless youre into the small grasscarps the fishing is terrible, not much else to catch.
Lots of boats too in the summer.
But really lekker family venue, esp if you got a boat.

The bay is quite big and shallow for quite far out so not really.
I'm not really a barbel fanatic so can't tell you much.
All I see coming out though are the small stuff.
I don't fish there usually, just go out testing the boat now n then.
