Managed to put the motor back together sat so the boat is back on the water.

We did a late launch yesterday to make sure the motors were running properly.
Did a bit of bottom fishing and did manage to catch a couple.

We managed a few snoek very early then went deep and tried for some bottom fish but nothing much, the water was cold deep down. We had a pair of whales surface and blow about 15 - 20m from us, well I think I blew a hole in my jocks

Fished saturday, just for bottoms, got a few bottoms but current was pulling hard,
And water super cold, managed a cracker of around 5-6kgs that I released..

Great catches all be they few and far between, anyone catching shad still in the deep? heard they getting a bit patchy

Hey Roban, rayban boet LOL
We caught a bus Shad off cuttings and released it into the hatch, later in the day ran short of bait so Fx3 did some surgical work on Mr Elf and we converted him into a nice English, False English, Tomato and nice size Halfmoon, fair swap i would say.

Weather looking %$^^%%&%& for next week or so.
