Water was not looking good this morning. Very choppy. Windguru look promising but with current water conditions I think I am going to sleep late. Let us know how it went if you decide to go. Best option is to make a final call tonight.

We out, have some small issue on starboard motor to sort, don't want to cause long term costly damage. Agree with Alfu sea looks lumpy and with the poison wind blowing fishing might be  tough. Early morings might have  a  2hr gap but think it will be bumpy. I have a double birthday  celebration mixed with Bok (we gonna get whipped) and Sharks game on the go, i am out.

Was in Durban last weekend and some of the nastiest wind and conditions I've seen.

Had a peek at my own Guru and Waif Finder and see the white horses in the bay have not died down completely yet. Maybe a small window very early in the morning.

Waif finder and Zulu guru: http://www.bluewatershotel.co.za/live-beach-cam.html

Presently doesn't look good, don't hold your breath.

I'm collecting my boat tomorrow morning and may put her in for a spin, I have to test the new motors. Sunday is looking good.
I'll give you a heads up FFF, L Hooker will also be there tomorrow.

3 days of solid 20kt+ NE has left the sea horrid!! Sunday should be ok, at least if the SW pumps you can stay in the bay all the way up to Snake Park.
I'm polishing props!!

A couple of boats launched off Shelly yesterday, sea was flat but the wind came through strong around mid day. A few small yellowtail came out at Sheppie Brick as well as two nice GT's one of 15kg and a beauty of 20kg both on jig. Some tuna around Protea Banks in the 10-15kg range. Going to watch the weather for the coming weekend and try get me one of thise Geets!

Hi guys and Chris and Ed, I did wet the engines but there were problems with the wiring, which will be sorted out this week. I left the boat in Durbs, in other words it was not a good weekend. :-(
