Daiwa Emcast 6000
« on: October 04, 2011, 11:38:25 AM »
Are these reels worth getting? I saw these yesterday and they look divine! They come with an extra alu spool. Want to use them for long range Carp angling as well as casting. Want to use one spool for surf casting loaded with the appropriate line. What would be a good rod to pair with it?

i have been so engrossed with getting the right tackle , with this grinder revolution , i have source so many rods and reels, i have settled with the ultegra and t flex which has arrived and will give her a wizz on saturdays com, i also got a lighter set up , which may not seem light , but the cheaper tica sceptre gx 10000 cost me R600 and the musselcracker one pice by waft , this will be for my edible fishing the waft has to be done up for the grinder so when shes done ill post pics of the before and after stages lol!
