Non return-slides/clips

I am looking to order slides on the net. I want weighted slides. What is the ideal size weight to have on your slide.

Gotta go with the three quarter ounce mate.. Just make sure you order the right slides! Some of the stuff out there is just plainly put.. well, you know what I wanna say..
