Possible , lately it is the Guvan groups Flagship resort.

maybe they had to hide a few stars when my brothers went for a swim in the water feature on the front veranda

I fished Kloofzicht a while back.
I didnt go for trout but had fun with the carp and bass on fly. If you can get the carp to feed on bread off the surface then its quite easy to hook them with a white bread fly. That small dam just below the big trout dam produced some nice carp.
Its a super venue but the price is a little steep for regular outings I reckon.
