Good day Lenny and the rest!
Heard some good reports of nice fish in struis and surrounds recently - conditions seem to be good.
Coming up next week - with a bit of luck struisbaai will continue to produce!
Lets have fun and get some pics uploaded :)
Cheers
Shaun

Fishing is on , Wind is right , Raggies and Kob all over the show .

No Elf Yet , no Leeries , De mond very ,very poor fishing in the river , some FLatties rags and Kob in the Surf .

some areas have nice colour , but the holiday makers and GRASS / SEAWEED is bad bad . theres a few other places with less Seaweed .

If you think you will be able to get Chokkas here , think again .

Some tail offshore , not alot , we hope for some serious , action soon !

Thanks for the report, Lenny. I will know today if we will be able to come to Struisbaai, maybe only after the 1st but then again it is a good time because most holiday makers will be heading back home. I just wish they leave some fish for me.  :hehe:

Reports of Yellowtail on the 12mile, Blougaansie and Alphard - Small fish.
Bigger fish in the east towards Infanta and surrounds - Bigger fish up to 15kg mostly close to the shore at Skipskop, Kettangs, Saxon etc but viz has dropped off inshore due to the past few days wind. Water is warm and clean offshore.
Good luck guys...
