The honest developers in Mozambique are very upset with the recent negative publicity in the SA media. Opportunistic fortune hunters come to Mozambique and play developer. They get land, build houses or even sell houses from plans without having done their paperwork properly and without having legal authorization. In the end, people loose their money and may even find that the so-called developer is already busy with a new scheme. This hurts us, who are trying to do honest development according to the laws of the land. I urge all South Africans not to write off investment in Mozambique. If it's done the right way, you can enjoy endless days of pleasure at this wonderful African Coast.
