Was desperate to get some out when they were released a few years ago. The action is insane and in theory they should be dynamite. Friend managed to take a sample to Bazaruto and couldn't buy a bite on it. Its a strange lure because in theory it should be the best. Thats why it won the ICAST hard bodied lure award a few years back, but since then i haven't heard much on it. But hey, you have to throw it in our waters to really see.

I have not tried them but only tend to try new things when the old faithfulls don't work and that is normally when nothing works! :crzy  maybe need to throw a few out there in Feb and see what happens... have not heard anybody raving about them.. yet.

Dvrdave on here brought one to a social last year when he visited from Aus and raved about them. He told us that he normally gives it to a beginner when he takes out a group because you don't need to do much to get decent action out of the lure and the fish love them. Have never seen them locally though
Trouble is just fun you got caught having

Problem is there are so many lures and people don't realise that often thousands of casts are needed to get that first strike, spinning from the shore that is. So lures come and go, often not reaching their full potential, except for those that never give up - like me! Hahaha!

I've got one... never had a pull on it though, despite reasonable effort.
Forgive me Father for I have spinned... It's been three weeks since my last cob session.

I've caught a few yellowtail on it, but struggle to get proper distance with it! The action WILL get fish to eat it! Would I buy it??? NO! ...but to each his own!

Great lure I've caught tons of fish on them, they look a bit gimmicky but they are very effective. Stick with the smaller sizes if you can get them.

Cam, on what tackle do you use it to find effective casting distance? I've given mine away 'cause it just did not feel weighted enough, even on a Trevala ML.
