check with the spearo's, they normally use them I know there is a shop in JHB south that sells spearguns etc...

I think old, highly reflective CDs, chained with swivels would do the trick?!

What a good idea...they are so cheap I might just go buy a spindle pack of new ones

What John F said along with some pearl dusters was fairly common in maputo

they do work, I use them on my sailfish teasers as well, the only problem is the salt water takes the reflective layer of the disk, so you need to replace them every few trips, also reflective tape will work on the disks.

My rigs are on the boat Im afraid but basically its the same as my daisy chains just 5 disks and lure at the back to keep it down, the this must be run from the riggers the CD will send a spray like a bird essentially while adding flash, only really suitable for flat water.

Over December we used those flashy string things you wrap around the Christmas tree! They are about 2m long. I just let them sway in the current. Suppose you could use any tree decorations.

Just get a bunch laser cut from thin ss sheet complete with holes for swivels and it is not expensive

To improve them add holographic stickers.
