Title: Tackle advice?

Im looking at starting rock and surf fishing in Kzn.I am a lifetime fisherman and want to start up again.
Im only interested in catching edibles,no sharks or rays.
My budget is R6000 for rod and reel.Ill be using a grinder.Please advise on a decent combo?
