This is a very interesting fishing knot called the T fishing knot
It's very simple to make as well

The T Knot will work perfect for a Garrick Trace.
I was testing the T knot with a snelled hook -  First I snell the hook. Then I made the Loop after the hook was snelled and then I bring the hook with loop together to join the T knot. ( same as dropper loop )

Hook Attached - Not the best snelled hook - it's only a test to see if it will work...
