a good guess on the Taxidermied copper.
It is in fact my 40th Birthday cake. Made by a friend as my present. Its all icing. She copied a picture of the 44kg Copper I caught. She has never seen a copper before, and just went off the pic. The detail was absolutely incredible. The scales were marked on the fish. The colours were absolutely perfect, all hand mixed and decorated. Some unbelievable talent.
I must admit I felt really terrible having to gut and eat this version of the copper. The consolation was that I made paella for the party using the same fish in the paella.
Her skills are really incredible and so lucky that someone would spend that amount of time on a present for me.
The 2nd pic is the picture she modeled it off. The proportions etc are perfect.

That is one special lady with some seriously artistic skills.
If she went into buisness selling cakes like this she would make a fortune with all the keyboard fishermen around.
Its so life like, some guys would pose with the cake as though they'd caught the dam thing.
